Detached house of character located in the heart of Carladès, in the Parc des Volcans d'Auvergne, 3 km from the town of Vic-sur-Cère, near the Monts du Cantal, in a 1000m² enclosure comprising the owners' house and a another cottage.

The gite has an unfenced garden of 1000 m² with trees allowing the parking of cars, a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. Badminton net available. On the ground floor, dining room, kitchen area, one bedroom with a double bed. On the 1st floor, living room with flat screen TV, one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with two single beds, shower room with wc. Gas central heating according to consumption (4€ per m3 beyond 3m3 consumed). Wifi access (10 GB per week). Cot and high chair available. Non-smoking cottage. Holiday insurance certificate requested by the owner on arrival in the gîte. Possibility of rental with gite 877. All shops and services in Vic-sur-Cère 3 km. Aurillac 18 km. To discover nearby: Pas de Cère gorges, Super-Lioran resort 24 km away with outdoor activities in summer and winter, hiking on site or nearby in the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Nature Park.
