Visit the Griou farm

Description

Anaîs and Sylvain will show you around their farm. Find out about milking and how Cantal cheese is made. Tasting of cheese and raw milk. Antique equipment on display to help you understand how the cheese is made. Reservations required.

Après être passé par la salle de traite, vous pourrez voir des petits veaux et faire un tour des bâtiments. Vous accéderez ensuite à'l'étage supérieur du bâtment d'où vous pourrez voir l'étable ainsi que le matériel ancien exposé. C'est là qu'Anaîs vous expliquera les différents étapes de la transformation du lait. Et bien sûr, vous ne repartirez pas sans avoir gouter le fromage (et du lait fraichement tiré !).
